Development Update: Rent Rent Feature has been updated and implemented @everyone Players now have an option on their inventory menu to lend their NFTs. Players can access the menu by clicking on the NFT and opening the detail section. By clicking rent, players can set the NFT to lend it to a guild, player, or both. While it is being rented, the lending players can access the same menu to recall the NFTs to end the rent. Players who want to borrow the NFTs can access the list by clicking on the Rent tab on the top right. Available NFTs for rent will be listed on each NFT type tab. Airdrop Update Hope everyone had a chance to check their airdrop! We know that some received less than their winnings. After an investigation, we found out that the interaction between our server and the polygon chain has a slight response delay. Development progress and airdrops: Hello Orbler Master, The team has been working around the clock to make convenient and seamless ways for players to claim their airdrop. We’ve decided to extend the giveaway events and delay the airdrop claims to next week for more users to join the community and play the game. More players, more fun. We’ll also be needing a few days more on checking the security of transfer contracts for the NFTs in the unrevealed state as well as finalizing transfer functionality using our new UX system. Instead of directly depositing the airdrops to the wallets received, we’ve been working on an interactive UX for users to claim their drops on our homepage. We’ve implemented an unveiling process for all the NFTs so that players can reveal the randomized attributes of the NFT as well instead of receiving a revealed version of the NFT. Development Completed 1. The homepage shop function allows users to buy ORB items using Matics. All ORB items are unrevealed. The unrevealed ORBs will be in the inventory once the user has purchased an item. 2. Inventory now has a new tab “Concealed” All unopened items will be placed in this inventory section. Users can open the concealed item to reveal the NFT along with its attributes. 3. The coupon ID system will be used as a claim function to obtain airdrop or giveaway NFTs. All eligible users will receive coupons based on their eligibility and can use coupon # to claim their drops. After inputting the coupon, users will receive concealed items which will be deposited into the Concealed tab in the inventory. Development in Progress Currently working on direct wallet-to-wallet NFT item transfer. The concealed version of the NFT needs to transfer as an unrevealed version of the NFT. Hello everyone, Today we will further discuss Orbler (Dragon), the main NFT character in the game. We will focus on discussing the Growth of Orbler. Orbler has the same growth rate regardless of rarity or individual value in a total of 6 stages: Wyrmling, Knucker, Linnormr, Drake, Wyrm, and Dragon. All Orblers start as Wyrmling when they are minted for the first time. Increasing the level of growth is purely dependent on the choice and effort the player makes. Users can increase the growth rate by paying growth fees and incubating Orbler in the Nest for a certain period of time. Orbler shows a more powerful appearance in the game as they grow. All Orbs are affected by the Orbler in the same deck. Typically, as the growth level increases, the attack power provided to the Orb also increases. Skills will also increase with growth level. Skill will be discussed further down the road in length. While Orb is the primary factor in determining battle power since it directly attacks the enemy, it is important to remember that the main NFT character of the Orbler game is Orbler. Orbler's Stats To play Orbler, you will need to build a deck that consists of 5 Orbs and 1 Orbler (Dragon). You can only use one Orbler (Dragon) in a single game. This makes a setting that Orbler to include in your deck strategically important. Orbler provides different attributes to its Orb based on its Orbler’s status. A typical example is an increase in attack power according to the growth level. There are also special abilities according to its stats. Orbler has 4 types of stats: Strength, Dexterity, Intelligence, and Luck. This provides additional stats such as attack power, attack speed, mana acquired, and critical strike chance. These additional stats, combined with the 2nd and 3rd rank bonuses (future update), become a crucial factor in turning the battle tide. When Orbler stats are revealed when it is minted for the first time, it has fixed values depending on the element. Players cannot directly change the stats of an Orbler. However, through a breeding mechanism, the player can breed 2 Orblers in the nest and get combined stats and/or mutated stats. This makes breeding Orbler more unique since the stats are no longer bounded by the element type. How about making your ultimate Orbler with unique stats through breeding? Nest Element Interaction The features that make up the game are very diverse. Some of these features are actually not part of the actual gameplay. However, these play an important part in creating the whole game. The extra level of fun provided by these features should not be ignored! Orbler also has these kinds of features. Nest is an important game element that contributes to the overall gameplay. Let's briefly talk about one of the interactions that happen in the nest. Nest, as the name suggests, is where the Dragon (Orbler) dwells. In the game, each Orblers have different types of element. The element type is also closely tied to Nest properties. Orblers and nests with different elements don't go well together. When a user increases the growth level of orbler, if the dragon and the nest have the same element, the time required for orbler growth is reduced by 20%. Earning MSP through Nest Hello everyone, Today we would like to discuss additional content about the Nest. Nest is the home of dragons, but it does not directly involve itself in the gameplay. It does, however, enrich the game with variety of features and contents . The most important aspect of the Nest is that it provides you with the ability to acquire MSP other than going through battles. Nest owners earning MSP through Nest features is closely related to the functionality of the nest. First way to earn MSP is to rent out space to other players. Other players who have rented the space will be able access Orbler's Breeding or Orbler's Growth. In this case, the owner of Nest can receive a small fee from other users who have lent the space. The second way is to install Watchtower on the Nest and contribute to the game watchtower node. In this case, you can receive a certain percentage of commission. The third method is to create an additional items through Nest. The owner of Nest can acquire MSP by utilizing the created Item. More discussion on item creation and item variety will be announced later on. As such, Nest, along with a variety of features, offers its owners a great opportunity to earn MSP. Element Complexity Hello Orbler Community, Other games with element features have elements interacting with other elements to create complex relationship. This makes the game a bit more complex and sophisticated. Element is also a core part of Orbler gameplay that enhances the “fun” element to the game. There are 13 types of Elements in the Orbler game: Fire, Water, Tree, Wind, Ground, Electric, Magic, Poison, Evil, Ethereal, Metal, Ice, and Normal. Orblers, Orbs, and Enemy will always have one of these element types. When Orbler and Orb in the deck have the same attributes, the Orbler grants additional power to the Orb. This has the effect of increasing Orb's damage output. However, if the properties of the Orbler and the Orb are not the same, the Orbler will not be able to utilize the full power potential of the Orb. This has the effect of reducing Orb's damage. (In the case of bonuses and penalties, they increase or decrease depending on the Orbler's Rarity.) Elements are said to create complex relationships, but the explanation above doesn't really discuss the complexity. It would seem best to use only Orbs of the same Element as the Orbler. However, players must be mindful of how elements interact with the enemies. We will revisit element interactions with enemies in our next discussion. Stay Tuned! Hello Orbler Community. Let’s continue to discuss more in detail about element synergy. A more complex relationship exists between Orb elements and elements of enemies. Orb’s element can be understood as attacking factor. On the other hand, enemiy's element is a defensive factor. Orb and enemy interacts when the attacking orb element collides with defending enemy element. When this happens, either additional damage or damage reduction occurs. No interactions can also happen between the elements that have no reponsive relationship. To illustrate, when Fire Orb attacks Water Enemy, Water enemy has damage reduction against Fire Orb’s damage. Similarly, when Fire orb attacks Tree Enemy, it takes additional damage from fire element. However, when Fire Orb attacks Eletric enemy, no additional damage or reduction happens. Hello orbler community, In our last discussion, we talked about what merge is in the game. Today, we are going to discuss Upgrade, which is another way to strengthen your power, Orb upgrade is an Orb enhancement method that works only in-game during the gameplay. Upgrading is not applied to individual Orbs, but to all Orbs of the same type. Regardless of the level, if the elemental type is the same, then the upgrade is applied to all the same types of Orbs. Upgrading can be done by consuming a certain amount of mana in the game. Like merge, the efficiency of Upgrade decreases as the level goes up since the cost of Mana consumed increases. In the game, you will have to decide whether you want to use mana after defeating the enemies to summon a new Orb or to upgrade an Orb. Users are tasked to make strategic decisions which will determine the course of battle. Like Merge, the upgrade takes place only within the game temporarily during the battle. Upgrade and Merge are how your choices and a little hint of luck combined could affect the game's result. This makes the game fair for everyone to have equal opportunity.
